For ship facilities, the marine environment can be highly destructive. Moisture and salt cause severe corrosion.
Anticorrosive process is important stages for shipyard’s manufacturing. In the sand blasting and painting processes of shipbuilding, to avoid the quality of indoor air going bad, especially to prevent the concentration of solvents from becoming too high in the painting process, it is must to use the strong exhaust air; meanwhile, a large amount of new air should be supplemented.
When the outside humidity is high, a lot of moisture load will be brought indoor. In order to ensure that there is no condensation on the surface of steel plate during the coating process, which will affect the painting quality, during process of sandblasting and coating, the relative humidity in surrounding condition has to be controlled less 50% to preventing any possible rustiness.
The make-up air must be dried by integrated desiccant dehumidification system and then supply to workshop, securing relative humidity less 50% to meet demand of coating process.
After six years of R&D and experiments, Dryer invested the latest low-temperature reactivation technology in Dryer laboratory. And then, Dryer launched a new type of fresh air dehumidifying system to market for shipbuilding and other industries, which can realize the reactivation fully using low-quality waste heat.
